Meet the Founder
Sam Henderson MRICS
Sam Henderson, a chartered surveyor, leads Somerhill Group, bringing senior experience in investment, development and asset management. He began his career at a FTSE 100 developer, acquiring sites for major regeneration projects, before leading cross-sector transactions for one of the UK’s largest privately owned property companies. Having completed several hundred million pounds’ worth of property deals, Sam combines expertise with a practical mindset to deliver results.

Behind the name

The name “Somerhill Group” is inspired by Somerhill House, a Grade I listed Jacobean mansion in Kent. Known for its craftsmanship, resilience, and timeless quality, it reflects the values we bring to every project: attention to detail, lasting value, and a commitment to excellence.
