Meet the Founder
Sam Henderson MRICS
Sam Henderson, a chartered surveyor, combines a passion for property with a practical, results-driven mindset. He began his career at a FTSE 100 developer, acquiring land for large-scale regeneration projects and building skills in planning and development management.
He later joined one of the UK's largest privately owned property companies in London, with £1bn AUM, serving as Head of Transactions and Asset Management. There, he led a team focused on cross-sector real estate, specialising in complex assets and value creation.
With a proven track record of completing several hundred million pounds’ worth of transactions, Sam founded Somerhill Group to deliver bespoke investment and asset management services. His mission is to collaborate with investors and stakeholders to drive growth and unlock value through expertise and innovative strategies.

The name "Somerhill Group" is inspired by Somerhill House, a Grade I listed Jacobean mansion built in Kent in the early 1600s.
